Flow Living Lab
A week to remember how you want to live
Enter a flow-living, with co-working dedicated slots, play, growth, slow living and movement.
Build, play & relate with intention, feast, sing, laugh and dance the night away. Remember what it feels like to be fully alive, on purpose, and (co-)creating from that place.
There comes a moment when productivity is no longer the answer, when you feel you long for something different — not another festival, or strategy for your business, but a different rhythm.
A rhythm where your work nourishes your life, and vice versa. Where conversations become collaborations, meals become rituals and movement awakens creativity. Where rest is no longer something you need to earn, but something that you allow yourself, and from which your best work emerges.
We gather creators, entrepreneurs, remote workers, artists, facilitators and curious humans who want to explore another possibility: that work can feel meaningful and connected, that community can feel nourishing, that growth doesn't have to come through exhaustion, and that our greatest ideas often emerge when we stop forcing them — all together.
Together we create a living ecosystem where everyone brings something. We build, create, work, swim, move, rest. And cook together.
The rhythm of the week
Intentional mornings
Shared rhythms that ground the day — some mornings begin in silence.
Deep focus co-working
Dedicated slots where everyone enters deep work together.
Creative collaboration
Creative labs, mastermind circles, feedback and unblocking what's alive.
Embodied movement
Practices that reconnect us to our bodies and regulate the nervous system.
Slow living & nature
Spaciousness outdoors — immersion, rest, and room for the unexpected.
Music, singing & dance
Some evenings end in dancing or singing — celebration as part of the rhythm.
Authentic relating
Circling games, honest conversations, and meaningful friendships.

Nourishment
There is no chef, and no recipes to follow. Guided by Laura and her Table concept, we explore intuitive cooking as presence, collaboration and creativity — co-creating meals that couldn’t exist without each person in the kitchen.
Cooking becomes a way of relating: to food, to ourselves, and to each other. The meal is simply the beautiful consequence.
Listening to ingredients, to our senses, and to one another.
